The worst thing about doing numerical programming stuff is that when things go wrong with your code, they go very wrong. So, if you've got a bug in the code, it just doesn't work - producing the value of infinity for all values of n is always a good one.

This leads to changing bits of the code in the hope that you'll find the bug. And when you do, finding all the new bugs you introduced changing the code around.

It's all fun.
