This article sort of resonated with me - I'm always procrastinating and looking for ways to avoid procrastinating, which are invariably more interesting in doing the task that I'm looking for a way to avoid procrastinating about. It's a vicious circle. Maybe JFDI is the answer after all... it's the standard answer to things that need to be done in work (Just do it). Until things go wrong that is.
Of course there is completely the wrong atmosphere to for this to actually work, but that's a whole other story.
Managed to get out for a run yesterday after getting my car serviced - not been road running in a while, so I ache. I need to get out again tomorrow, since the effect of too much curry and cake seems to be creeping up on me again.
