Run awaaaay!

10k in 55.02 last night, not bad, but I want to get it under 50 mins in the next 6 weeks or so. That means speedwork which makes me tired. Oh well, got to be done.

Gym today in an effort to make me feel better; it didn't work. I'm in a bad mood at the moment and I don't really know why. Never mind. Might go and swim a few lengths (just to appear to have made the effort) then some time in the spa. Relaxing.

Supposed to be going out tomorrow night, but I don't know if I can be bothered. Ho hum.
