That bread recipe is quite nice, although not really big enough to fill a loaf tin. Anyway, it's quite sweet and doughy in texture, which I personally like. However, if I was to make it again, I'd probably up the salt, use 500g of flour, a whole can of beer and add a little baking powder to make it rise a little more.
Guess what I have for lunch, though?
Update: Tastes really good with butter and marmite. Yum!
